Alexander Rose Solicitors are Family law specialists who deal with all aspects of Family law. We have a dynamic and passionate Family team who deal with both Private and Legally Aided matters. Our team deals with initial consultations through to representation at Court. We can assist with the multi ethnic community as members of our team speak Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Albanian, and Farsi.

As members of Resolution, we provide a conciliatory approach to all Family matters and encourage out of Court resolutions rather than protracted litigation wherever possible. Our Family Department includes members of the Family Law Advanced Panel who are able to provide specialist advice in areas of Domestic Violence and Finance Applications.

Whether you are a new client or a returning client we will ensure that you are provided with quality advice at an affordable price and if you are eligible for Legal Aid then your matter will be dealt with promptly and efficiently at all times. If Legal Aid is not available, we are able to provide high quality advice and Court Representation, including on a fixed fee basis from initial consultation to the conclusion of your case.
