MAHFARA AHMED
Mahfara is an associate solicitor who joined Alexander Rose in 2021 and has been a committed member of the team ever since, commencing her training contract in January 2023 and qualifying in January 2025. She graduated from the London School of Economics in 2019, with an upper second-class honours in LLB Law. During her degree, Mahfara studied family law and developed a keen interest in the field. Mahfara then completed her LPC at BPP Law School, and graduated with a merit. She also studied family law during her LPC, gaining more practical knowledge and certifying that she wished to pursue a career in the same.
Mahfara started her career as a paralegal and assisting fee earners with legal aid applications and injunction matters. She then commenced her own caseload and has extensive experience with both private and legal aid clients, dealing with divorce, finance, care, injunction, transfer of tenancy, and children matters. With her diligent nature and keen eye for detail, Mahfara is dedicated to providing an excellent service to her clients and supporting them through a difficult time, which has led to consistently good outcomes and positive feedback from clients. She also has strong public-speaking skills and has often represented her clients at injunction and children hearings, as well as during the PLO process.
Interests
Outside of work, Mahfara enjoys cooking and exploring new cuisines, as well as reading books to unwind.
